Adv. David van Gelder
David, a native of Zurich, Switzerland, spent many years in the US before settling in Israel, where he is a certified lawyer and mediator.
He has extensive experience in day to day corporate, commercial and tax matters, and advises clients in the establishment of Israeli, German and Swiss corporations and businesses, providing them with ongoing legal advice on a full range of routine and complex corporate and commercial as well as tax issues.
David is a member of the Tel Aviv Bar Association’s Corporate Law committee as well as the Tax Committee.
David is certified to prepare continuous powers of attorney under Israeli law, preliminary guidelines for the appointment of a guardian, and an expression of will under the Legal Competency and Guardianship Law, 5722-1962.
